About the role

Community Lead role focused on launching and growing JETSET Pilates in new markets, building local partnerships, executing events, driving member engagement, and supporting studio growth from pre-opening through post-opening phases.

Responsibilities

  • Pre-Opening | Launch the Market: Build relationships with local businesses and partners, plan and execute activations and events, support On The Mat community classes and guest experiences, capture leads, create local social content, generate opening-day excitement.
  • Post-Opening | Grow the Community: Build partnerships to drive referrals and memberships, support local events and ongoing engagement, partner with GM to drive membership growth and studio goals, follow up with prospective members and support lead conversion, deliver exceptional member experiences during shifts, support front desk operations and maintain a welcoming studio environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality, fitness, retail, events, marketing, or community engagement.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and boutique fitness.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive problem-solving.
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and community events as needed.
