About the role

Part-time front desk, administrative, and sales support role at solidcore.

Responsibilities

  • Bringing solidcore’s client experience CORE to life: welcoming clients by name, connecting with the community, recognizing efforts, and educating about offers.
  • Interact with clients to assess needs and satisfaction; respond promptly to requests and concerns.
  • Maintain product knowledge for studio retail, including class packages, beverages/towels, and promotions.
  • Perform routine client-facing system tasks (new accounts, scheduling, class bookings, package purchases, and general account needs).
  • Communicate studio issues, events, or schedule changes to clients and team.
  • Assist Head Coach/Community Manager and Coaches in daily operations; keep studio clean and deliver superior client experience.
  • Notify managers of employee or client complaints; assist in appropriate responses.
  • Address maintenance or equipment issues visible to clients.
  • Follow up with client lists in Axle to meet monthly sales quota; respond to client emails.
  • Alert coaches about client milestones and set up celebration board.

Qualifications

  • High school education, some college preferred
  • Part-time hourly position
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and walk through all studio areas
  • Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, holidays, weekends, and closing hours
