About the role

SpaceX seeks a Technical Recruiter to own full-desk recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding, focusing on mission-critical technical roles in Hawthorne, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with client groups to discuss headcount, new requisitions, hiring strategy, and interview feedback
  • Screen candidates who apply to requisitions
  • Source candidates
  • Discuss screened candidates with client groups and recommend top candidates for interviews
  • Give tours to candidates before onsite
  • Attend interviews alongside client groups
  • Manage offer process including initiating background checks, negotiating offer packages and extending offer letters
  • Coordinate candidate experience when onsite
  • Fill candidate pipeline through screening/sourcing
  • Attract, organize, and manage the flow of candidates

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience; or associate degree and 2+ years of experience; or 3+ years of professional experience as a recruiter in lieu of a degree
