About the role

Role focused on building and deploying AI-enabled software solutions for government, industrial, and public-sector problems. Close collaboration with customers to define product specs, end-to-end development from zero, and deployment at scale across nations, sectors, and regulated environments.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy advanced software solutions that integrate AI to tackle real-world problems, particularly in automating complex, manual processes in government and industrial sectors.
  • Interact directly with key customer stakeholders to apply pioneering AI solutions while working alongside experienced ex-founders, government officials/ministers, AI researchers, and engineers.
  • Build scalable data pipelines, integrate industrial sensor networks, optimize application performance and reliability, and prepare systems for production.
  • Mentor junior engineers, participate in code reviews, and uphold high-quality engineering practices.
  • Monitor and maintain deployed applications to ensure ongoing value delivery across various governments worldwide.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience
  • Experience with front-end and back-end technologies, microservices, and cloud platforms
  • Experience with modern web tooling such as React, Typescript, RESTful APIs, and database management systems
  • Strong foundation in software design principles, data structures, and algorithms
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations globally for 6+ months and work with SMEs and end-users
  • Eager to own problems end-to-end and acquire necessary knowledge as needed
