About the role

Leading a team of enterprise Account Development Representatives (ADRs) to drive talent development and revenue development, with hybrid work based in Dublin.

Responsibilities

  • Attract, hire, retain, and develop talent
  • Provide coaching and mentoring through sales knowledge and methodology
  • Be involved in prospect qualification and discovery calls/meetings
  • Provide weekly team performance summaries and accurate forecasts to senior management
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to establish scalable lead management processes and SLAs
  • Develop and own KPIs, supervise team activity, and drive execution based on metrics
  • Work closely with Field Sales and Inside Sales management to align pipeline and performance
  • Invest in self-development to succeed in the role and future opportunities

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience prospecting as an individual contributor and closing
  • 2+ years experience leading/managing with a track record in hiring, developing and promoting
  • Complex enterprise software experience in a comparable company (technical and multi-level decision making)
  • Experience in open source software sales is a distinct advantage
  • Excellent verbal, written, listening, and presentation skills with credibility across all levels
  • Top performer with a track record of overachievement
  • Experience using and implementing a sales methodology
