About the role

Manager of Sales Strategy & Planning to run the AMER (West) region alongside the AI GTM strategy, embedding as the COO of the Enterprise business to drive strategic initiatives, optimize sales processes, and provide data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

  • Help drive the analytical rhythm of our business including quarterly business reviews, org deep dives
  • Organize and execute on the strategy of our AI GTM team - building the next wave of MongoDB customers
  • Partner with Senior Sales leadership to drive market + segment specific analyses to uncover insight and provide recommendations
  • Conceptualize and pilot new programs to test the effectiveness of various sales roles / comp plans
  • Participate in quarterly and annual business planning for the Sales teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a quantitative focus (Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, etc.)
  • 5+ years of work experience in either Sales Strategy / Consulting / Sales Operations / Analytics
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, AI tooling, and data visualization
  • Proven experience working with large datasets to conduct analysis, identify data trends or issues, and quantify business impact
  • Proactive problem-solving approach to navigating ambiguity and distill high-level business needs into structured, actionable tools
