About the role

Senior Manager to lead global Corporate FP&A, shaping forecasting and planning processes, partnering with senior finance leadership, and driving modernization of planning systems and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Planning Systems & Financial Models: Define requirements and implement solutions for FP&A; improve migration to Pigment financial planning system
  • AI Automation: Standardize and accelerate use of AI across the FP&A team
  • Forecast Coordination & Consolidations: Manage planning process/calendar, corporate-level forecast consolidation, forecast reconciliation, and stakeholder communications
  • Management Reporting: Develop reporting to summarize data for CEO, CFO, SVP of Finance, and Board
  • People Management: Lead and develop a small, high-impact team of analysts and associates
  • Cross-functional Partnering: Drive operational efficiencies with cross-functional teams and processes
  • Forecast global budget items such as payroll, taxes, benefits and allocations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (finance, business or economics); MBA a plus
  • 5+ years of FP&A or related finance experience
  • Expert in financial modelling, Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and Pigment
  • Highly organized with strong ability to manage complex information
  • Technical curiosity and comfort with learning new systems; experience with gsheet plug-ins considered a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to analyze data, derive actionable recommendations
  • Problem solving mindset and ability to work hands-on with team members
  • Creativity, drive, and ability to create structure in uncertain/ambiguous growth environments
  • Strong project management, detail-oriented, multi-tasking, and follow-through
