About the role

Role focused on turning procurement, manufacturing, and supply chain processes into software-driven workflows for AI infrastructure at Fluidstack.

Responsibilities

  • Turn the bill of materials into the order book: manage templates, pricing, lead times, project bills, and purchase orders to enable large-scale GPU and hardware procurement from a single source of truth.
  • Make procurement tracking trustworthy: codify rules for late lines, status meanings, and critical path into code against live vendor communications and documents to surface drift and enable proactive recovery plans.
  • Close the loop from receiving to payment: ensure delivery aligns with purchase orders, serialize inventory, perform cycle counts, and enable three-way vendor payment reconciliation.
  • Ship manufacturing as software before the factory opens: manage manufacturing BOMs, engineering change notices, drawing trees, inspection/test plans, and nonconformance workflows with attachable evidence and vendor rescores.
  • Embed with sourcing leads, quality managers, factory operators, and warehouse teams to turn on-floor judgment into scheduling, cash flow timing, and payment planning tools.

Qualifications

  • You've shipped production code in Go, Python, or TypeScript, and adapt to the problem's language as needed.
  • You identify problems, design solutions, and ship without waiting for direction.
  • You've moved fast under deadline while preserving extensible data models and foundations.
  • you've earned credibility with operators in factories, warehouses, or procurement, and driven software adoption under real deadlines (live production runs, quarter-end close).
  • Your product sense shows in intuitive interfaces and workflows that reflect real work.
  • Bonus: MES, ERP, WMS, or TMS systems; BOM lineage, engineering change control, serialized traceability; supplier quality (NCRs, CAPA, FAI); three-way matching and receiving reconciliation; LLM extraction over vendor documents; high-volume hardware supply chains.
