About the role

Role focusing on day-to-day receiving/shipping operations, asset tagging and logging, staging parts for technicians, inventory accuracy, and maintaining organized warehouse and staging areas to support rapid deployment and project material turns at Fluidstack.

Responsibilities

  • Execute day-to-day receiving and shipping operations: verify quantities, inspect for damage, and update tracking systems in real time.
  • Tag, label, and log assets accurately into asset management systems from the moment they arrive on site.
  • Pull and stage parts for technicians and engineers fast — no one waits on you for a part.
  • Support cycle counts and physical inventory audits to maintain 99%+ accuracy, and flag shortages before they block deployment or break-fix work.
  • Keep the warehouse and staging areas organized, safe, and ready for rapid deployment, break-fix, and project material turns.
  • Assist with RMA processing, warranty claims, and vendor returns under the direction of the Logistics Lead.

Qualifications

  • You've worked hands-on in a warehouse, data center, or high-volume hardware environment and know how to move material accurately under pressure.
  • You take inventory accuracy personally — you count right, you log in real time, and you don't let shortages sneak up on you.
  • You're fast, organized, and techs never have to chase you down for a part.
  • You follow established processes reliably and flag problems early rather than quietly letting them slide.
  • Bonus: Asset management systems and barcode/RFID tracking. Data center hardware (servers, networking, GPUs). High-growth or hyperscale site operations.
