About the role

Developer Advocate to build and engage RadixArk’s technical community around SGLang, Miles, and open source infrastructure. Combines deep technical expertise with community building to influence adoption and perception.

Responsibilities

  • Technical Content & Education: Create tutorials, cookbooks, video guides, blog posts, live streams; host workshops and live coding sessions; build demo applications and reference architectures; translate new features into accessible content with engineering.
  • Conference & External Representation: Give talks at conferences, meetups, webinars; represent RadixArk at events; build relationships with AI researchers and infrastructure engineers.
  • Community Engagement: Engage with developers on GitHub, Discord, and social media; surface community contributions and celebrate use cases; maintain relationships with influential developers and open source maintainers.
  • Engineering & Product Partnership: Gather and synthesize community feedback for engineering/product teams; track community metrics and drive improvements in developer engagement.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in developer advocacy, developer relations, or a senior engineering role with significant community-facing work.
  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience building AI applications or infrastructure.
  • Excellent public speaking skills with a proven track record of conference talks and technical presentations.
  • Outstanding writing and content creation abilities across formats (tutorials, blog posts, videos, live streams).
  • Solid understanding of AI/ML infrastructure (LLM serving, distributed training, GPU optimization).
  • Proficiency in Python and ability to write production-quality code examples.
  • Self-starter who can identify opportunities and drive initiatives independently.
  • Genuine passion for open source development and community building.
