About the role

Construction Project Manager role within Anduril's Design & Construction team, leading retrofit projects (tenant improvements) in occupied spaces, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and driving project delivery from charter through turnover.

Responsibilities

  • Project Execution: Establish project goals (Charter) and work plan; Procure vendor teams; Develop plans to minimize disruption with occupants and stakeholders; Coordinate with local external staff extension vendors; Establish, monitor, and forecast project financials; Ensure milestone delivery; Host project meetings; Focus on turnover to ensure positive end user experience; Leverage and/or create business tools and processes; Maintain quality and stakeholder connections; Escalate issues as needed.
  • Business Insight & Improvement: Review/present project analytics to improve efficiency and delivery; Contribute to Construction Operations process improvements; Build business connections and update RE&F organization on investment plans for business lines

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction means and methods, materials, MEP systems and building codes
  • Experience delivering projects in occupied environments
  • Aptitude managing projects in locations not employee’s base of operation
  • Knowledge of facilities operations and integrating core functions into project delivery
  • Ability to adapt to ambiguity and changing priorities
  • Effective communication across organizational levels
  • Competency in CPM scheduling, construction document review, and contract administration
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities
