About the role

Anduril Industries is seeking a Business Operations professional within Production to own and drive strategic and operational initiatives across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own operational projects end-to-end, from Definition, Solution, to Implementation.
  • Work on operational problems involving the intersection of hardware and software systems (inventory management, asset-tracking in the field, manufacturing data on quality issues).
  • Provide structure to ambiguity and shepherd cross-functional groups of stakeholders toward decisions with data-driven tradeoffs.
  • Become intimately familiar with business systems (ERP, MRP, HRIS) and leverage data to create insights and analytics using tools like Excel, Palantir Foundry.
  • Execute scrappy analyses on short timelines and develop scalable long-term solutions.
  • Project manage across many stakeholders, including leading meetings and coordinating large channels to drive solutions.
  • Interact with multiple functions (Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering, HR, Recruiting, Growth) to learn the business end-to-end.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, internal operations, a business analyst role, or similar where getting things done was central.
  • Self-driven and relentlessly proactive; capable of moving without external prompting.
  • Ability to proactively solve problems and iterate based on feedback.
  • Strong conceptual frameworks to structure problems; comfortable with ambiguity in a hardware startup context.
  • Willingness to translate operational problems into data problems and execute.
  • Comfortable with communicating to large groups and senior leadership.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to access to export controlled information or facilities.
