Responsibilities

  • Schedule onsite interviews
  • Coordinate candidate travel

  • Learn about our business to speak intelligently about programs with candidates and client groups
  • Ensure that all candidates have a positive experience while interviewing with SpaceX
  • Assist the recruiting team with special projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Previous experience in a professional setting within recruiting, human resources, marketing, sales, or technology

Skills

Required:Bachelor’s degreeExperience in recruiting/human resources/marketing/sales/technology
Nice to have:Greenhouse or other applicant tracking systemMS Outlook and Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of personnel policy and lawProject managementCommunication skillsPublic speaking/education about business and space industry
