About the role

Senior enterprise account manager focused on Starlink Aviation enterprise customers, responsible for onboarding, ongoing management, retention and revenue growth from contract signature through activation and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic Enterprise Aviation customers from contract signature onwards, including onboarding, ongoing account management, and long-term retention/growth of the relationship and revenue
  • Build relationships with executive stakeholders to identify requirements and manage expectations, driving revenue realization as quickly as possible
  • Collect, communicate and champion customer feedback internally to influence programmatic and technical development required to maintain and grow the business
  • Deliver impeccable customer service, including efficient acknowledgement and resolution of issues
  • Retain and grow the value of accounts in both hardware and service revenue
  • Act as an extreme owner of assigned accounts to realize forecasted revenue on or ahead of schedule, identifying and communicating readiness levels, requirements, schedules and risks
  • Identify and lead implementation of process and system enhancements to improve handoffs and execution across cross-functional teams, evolve the customer experience, or scale the business while balancing resources and headcount

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business; OR high school diploma/equivalency with 8+ years of professional business development, program management, sales or account management experience
  • 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
