About the role

Role supporting Starlink leadership with business planning, analysis, and cross-functional initiative execution to improve operations, product change management, and scalability.

Responsibilities

  • Guide planning and resource management across multiple verticals of Starlink for product and change management, including development of business models.
  • Identify initiatives for improvement of Starlink's business outlook, including developing, tracking, and executing business initiatives with Starlink's leadership.
  • Identify and lead implementation of process and system enhancements to improve handoffs and execution across various teams, evolve the customer experience, or scale the business while balancing resources.
  • Collaborate and partner with cross functional teams to build a strong network across departments and external resources to ensure product compliance.
  • Define processes and build tooling to support the expansion of resources while maintaining or reducing risks and remediating gaps in change management workflows.
  • Work with stakeholders to improve value streams and operation efficiencies for broader company impact and the scaling of systemic updates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM, business, economics, or finance.
  • 2+ years of experience in operations/process improvements.
  • 2+ years of experience with Excel, SQL, and Python.
