About the role

Designer responsible for translating concepts into static ads that stop the scroll and convert, primarily for Meta, LinkedIn, and other paid channels. Works with Creative Strategist and Creative Director, rapid iteration in Figma, and data-driven optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Design static ads for Meta, LinkedIn, and other paid channels
  • Produce many variants fast for A/B tests and iteration
  • Turn Creative Strategist's ad angles into strong visuals
  • Think in stop-scroll, hierarchy, and conversion — not just beautiful design
  • Work data-driven and optimize based on performance

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience designing high-performing static ads (portfolio required)
  • Figma proficiency, fast and iterative
  • Understanding of paid performance and focus on CTR/conversion, not just aesthetics
  • Ability to work at startup pace
  • German at native level + good English
