About the role

HVAC-focused Technical Operations Engineer responsible for deploying Anduril CW products, sustaining operations, and integrating product engineering with deployment operations in diverse environments. Emphasis on environmental, OSHA, and EPA standards, with customer demonstrations, pre-deployment testing, and end-to-end customer success.

Qualifications

  • Based in Costa Mesa, California; adept at collaborating with a distributed team
  • Hands-on expertise with HVAC systems, including maintenance, repair, and operational methods
  • Expertise in HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostics
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC system design and specifications
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external customers
  • Data-driven analysis and HVAC system troubleshooting with strong OSHA and EPA standards understanding
  • Ability to educate others on HVAC equipment operation with safety and environmental protocols
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% (potentially to remote or austere locations)
  • Proficiency in resolving complex HVAC challenges
  • Recognition as a technical authority on HVAC system installation, maintenance, and sustainment in challenging environments
  • Self-sufficiency in HVAC maintenance and hardware replacement; availability for prompt travel to customer sites
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
  • Ability to meet health and medical requirements in advance of deployments per DFARS 252.225-7040, DoDI 3020.41, and related region-specific requirements
