About the role

Senior/Staff TPM responsible for fleet orchestration across Zoox's robotaxi and autonomous test fleets, leading cross-functional strategy, roadmap, and metrics-driven execution for live service and test fleet orchestration, with a strong emphasis on data-backed decision making and innovative problem solving.

Responsibilities

  • Own fleet orchestration at Zoox: Lead the cross-functional strategy and execution to massively scale Zoox's fleet and mature our fleet orchestration capabilities as we expand into new cities and states. You'll span both of our fleets — the driverless robotaxi service and the autonomous test fleet — and optimize for the best outcome for the business as a whole.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 7+ years of TPM experience, with a strong background in large-scale cloud software systems (e.g., dispatch, marketplace, fleet management platforms, or consumer mobile apps backed by cloud services).
  • A naturally inquisitive, highly technical mindset with quick domain adaptability and creative problem-solving.
  • A metrics-first approach to program leadership with defined KPIs and data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to translate complex technical bottlenecks into clear, data-backed executive narratives for timely business decisions.
