About the role

Part-time in-home ABA therapy role for children, providing 1:1 in-home CBT/ABA under BCBA supervision in Kitsap County, WA. Flexible after-school schedule with growth opportunities in ABA.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy
  • Implement behavior plans designed by a BCBA
  • Track and document client progress
  • Collaborate in supervision sessions and team meetings
  • Build strong, supportive relationships with clients and families

Qualifications

  • High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • Experience working with children
  • A passion for helping children with special needs succeed
  • Reliable transportation
  • RBT/CBT certification (or 40-hour RBT training completed; exam pending is okay)
  • Active CPR certification
  • Must be at least 18 years old to meet regulatory, background check, and BACB eligibility requirements for behavioral healthcare providers
