About the role

Multidisciplinary social media and content creation internship focused on building and growing Relling's presence across social platforms. Hands-on on-floor video, graphic design, and storytelling to translate robotic manufacturing tech into digestible content.

Responsibilities

  • Create & Execute: Plan, shoot, design, and publish mixed-media content across Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Format Alchemy: Turn raw manufacturing processes and hardware updates into engaging native formats for a mainstream audience.
  • Graphic Design & Social Encapsulation: Produce static posts, carousels, and visual graphics to elevate brand identity.
  • Translate the Technical: Collaborate with engineers to showcase robot demos, factory deployments, and firmware milestones as high-quality visuals.
  • Inject Bold Taste: Develop a distinct aesthetic and voice for social posts, including satirical charts or hardware shots.
  • Grow & Adapt: Stay current with platform algorithms, tailor content per channel, and react quickly to trends.

Qualifications

  • A Killer Portfolio: links to accounts, past design work, or campaigns must be provided.
  • Software Proficiency: experience with editing timelines and design canvas; Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and/or CapCut required.
  • Bold Visual Identity: strong sense of tone, voice, and aesthetics; ability to make technical hardware look appealing.
  • Generalist: ability to pivot between video, design, and other related skills.
  • Self-Driving Ideation: ability to create, run, and execute content ideas independently.
  • Onsite Presence: based in or able to commute to San Francisco; role is fully onsite on the factory floor.
