About the role

Senior HR Investigator focused on employee relations, conducting objective, sensitive investigations, advising HR partners, and ensuring thorough documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate sensitive and/or complex employee relations matters from start to finish, including intake, interviewing, note-taking, gathering and analyzing evidence, documenting findings, and following up with relevant parties.
  • Objectively debrief HR business partners and leadership on investigation findings.
  • Document investigations and summarize findings in reports.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify trends and make mitigation recommendations.
  • Advise and train HR business partners on investigation best practices.
  • Discreetly handle sensitive and/or private information.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years professional experience conducting employee relations investigations.
