About the role
Senior-level employee relations investigator responsible for objective, thorough investigations of sensitive employee relations concerns, with emphasis on high EI, effective interviewing, and data-driven recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Investigate sensitive and/or complex employee relations matters from start to finish, including intake, interviews, note-taking, gathering and analyzing evidence, documenting findings, and following up with relevant parties.
- Objectively debrief HR business partners and leadership on investigation findings.
- Document investigation and summarize findings in a report.
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations on mitigation strategies.
- Advise and train HR business partners on investigation best practices.
- Discreetly handle sensitive and/or private information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years professional experience conducting employee relations investigations.
