About the role

Graduate-level engineering internship/co-op offering substantial responsibility across SpaceX engineering teams (design, manufacturing, operations) at multiple U.S. sites. Requires enrollment in a graduate program and a bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, or math; eligible for ITAR-compliant positions.

Responsibilities

  • Working on creative solutions to real aerospace challenges; will be given as much responsibility as full-time engineers; integral part of the team.

Qualifications

  • 6+ months of applied engineering experience (internship, laboratory, and personal/team project experience applicable)
  • Enrolled in a graduate program by the start of employment and holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics or math discipline
  • U.S. citizen or national, or U.S. lawful permanent resident, or refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158
