About the role

Manager responsible for strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of inbound logistics, fulfillment networks, and global transportation operations, including carrier performance, KPI frameworks, sourcing, and network expansion across domestic and international movements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and evolve enterprise-wide logistics strategies optimizing inbound logistics, fulfillment networks, and end-to-end transportation performance to meet aggressive volume, cost, and profitability targets.
  • Establish and manage carrier performance management frameworks with KPIs, scorecards, and real-time reporting; leverage data analytics to drive improvements.
  • Lead strategic sourcing, RFPs, contract negotiations, rate/tariff optimization, and governance with 3PLs and transportation partners.
  • Drive global expansion and optimization of logistics networks for freight, e-commerce, and industrial projects; onboard new lanes and providers as needed.
  • Analyze and redesign transportation, distribution methods, and network architecture for cost-effectiveness and scalable operations.
  • Define and evolve KPIs and executive dashboards for real-time network visibility.
  • Lead cost-reduction and process-optimization initiatives across logistics spend, packaging, routing, and end-to-end processes.
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Production, and Engineering to align logistics with product introductions and launches.
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Customs, Tax, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure regulatory and trade compliance; seek landed-cost reductions.
  • Develop best practices for internal logistics operations, product flow, packaging, and material handling.
  • Prepare and manage annual logistics budget including forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Serve as escalation point for complex logistics issues, conducting root-cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years KPI frameworks and carrier performance management experience
  • 5+ years leading sourcing strategy, carrier negotiations, and partnership management
  • 5+ years proven people management experience leading logistics teams
