About the role

Talent Sourcer role focused on building pipelines for technically demanding roles across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations at SpaceX, with a collaborative yet autonomous approach and emphasis on proactive sourcing, relationship building, and data-driven recruiting.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source passive candidates via X, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, niche technical forums, and other channels
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill engineering roles
  • Leverage AI-powered sourcing and research tools to increase pipeline speed and quality while maintaining a personal touch
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine sourcing strategy
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and phone screens to assess interest and qualifications
  • Track sourcing metrics and pipeline health and share relevant data points with recruiters and hiring teams
  • Represent SpaceX’s mission and culture compellingly to prospective candidates
  • Stay current on market trends, competitor talent pools, and compensation benchmarks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience; or associate degree and 2+ years of experience; or 3+ years of professional experience as a recruiter in lieu of a degree
