About the role

Program Manager for the Legal Engineering organization to drive operational infrastructure enabling a fast-growing GTM function, coordinating with Legal Engineering, Sales Operations, Product, and leadership to translate strategic priorities into executable programs with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute end-to-end programs that support the Legal Engineering team's operational rhythm.
  • Build and maintain processes, tooling, and documentation that enable Legal Engineering managers to operate consistently across regions (US, EMEA, APAC).
  • Drive change management initiatives as the Legal Engineering organization scales, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and tools.

Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of experience in program management, operations, or enablement within a high-growth technology or professional services environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver cross-functional programs from concept through execution, managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to influence without authority across a distributed organization.
  • Experience with change management, process design, and operational scaling in fast-paced environments.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action—able to build structure where none exists and iterate quickly.
  • Familiarity with GTM functions, legal technology, or AI products is a strong plus.
