About the role

Strategic Project Manager to lead transversal initiatives and venture projects within Voodoo's Growth department, driving the development of a scalable growth platform for mobile products.

Responsibilities

  • Become a growth expert: understand growth value chain, user acquisition, creative and monetization needs within a constantly evolving ad-tech ecosystem
  • Lead high priority projects within Growth, collaborating with teams across Voodoo
  • Enjoy great autonomy to identify critical problems, analyze root causes, design solutions, and implement them
  • Design and build leading processes and products
  • Work on multiple projects in parallel, requiring you to be highly adaptable
  • Projects you might work on include identifying new business opportunities (incl. M&A), leading operational teams, hiring talented people, launching new ventures, etc.

Qualifications

  • You graduated from a top school in engineering (Grande Ecole Program)
  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment (start-up, strategy consulting, investment banking, etc.)
  • Curious, highly analytical, and passionate about having an impact
  • Willing to work in an environment that values candor, freedom, and responsibility
  • Fluent in French and English
