About the role

Role focused on validating and ensuring the quality of Lumilens’ photonic components, modules, and systems through hands-on testing, test development, and reporting for both NPI and volume manufacturing.

Responsibilities

  • Perform characterization and testing of fiber optic components and modules
  • Analyze test results to ensure compliance with performance specifications and quality standards
  • Maintain accurate, detailed records of test procedures and outcomes
  • Generate comprehensive test reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve product issues
  • Design, plan, and conduct optical and fiber testing on components, devices, and systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to support NPI and manufacturing ramp

Qualifications

  • BS or MS in Engineering, Physics, Optics, or a related technical field
  • 8+ years of industry experience in optical or fiber component testing preferred
  • Prior exposure to photonics, telecom, or high-speed networking systems is a plus
