About the role
High-impact leadership role for a finance professional serving as the key finance partner to Lumilens Thailand operations, shaping manufacturing scale, cost discipline, and global supply chain through rigorous financial insight and decision support.
Responsibilities
- Own monthly close, balance sheet reconciliations, and management reporting for Thailand
- Manage statutory reporting under TFRS, corporate tax, VAT, and Revenue Department filings
- Liaise with external auditors and ensure clean audit outcomes
- Execute and continuously improve SOX controls at the Thailand entity
- Partner with local operations on cost controls, expense management, and working capital
- Manage payroll compliance, withholding tax, and local regulatory filings
- Coordinate with Group Tax on transfer pricing and intercompany matters
- Drive process standardization and automation across the local finance team
Qualifications
- CPA (Thailand CPA, US CPA, ACCA, or equivalent)
- 7-10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience
- SOX experience — hands-on execution and documentation
- Strong Thai accounting standards, tax, and regulatory knowledge
- English language proficiency — written and verbal
