About the role

Senior leader responsible for all Supply Chain functions within Anduril's Air Dominance & Strike division, driving radical production ramps, cost management, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Corp. Dev., and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead & scale the four core teams in Supply Chain: Industrial Strategy, Product Sourcing Engineering (GSMs), Procurement, and Supplier Industrialization Engineering.
  • Define best-in-breed supply chain processes and ensure smooth hand-offs between functions while maintaining accountability for outcomes across teams.
  • Develop engagement model with Engineering to ensure early supply chain consideration to reduce ramp risk.
  • Collaborate with Corp. Dev. to build/execute commercial strategies aligning incentives with suppliers (contracting, JV, M&A, vertical integration).
  • Act as touchpoint to executives and c-suite for supply chain activities, risks, and opportunities; communicate appropriately and drill down when needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leadership (engineering, program management, finance, business lines) to negotiate trade-offs, solicit cooperation, and proactively resolve problems.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve supply chain performance; define and monitor KPIs.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and provide regular management reports on supply chain performance.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks (disruptions, market changes).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field.
  • 10+ years experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in a supply chain or production-related role focused on complex mechanical and/or electrical assembly; at least 5+ years in a leadership position.
  • Experience building processes & teams from early-stages to mature operating machine.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively to the executive team and potential customers.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
