About the role

FP&A Manager responsible for the financial performance of a portfolio of clinics, serving as the go-to finance partner for forecasting, monthly performance, gross margin, and payments. High-ownership role focusing on AI-powered automation, P&L improvement, and partnering with clinic owners and Practice Success Managers.

Responsibilities

  • Own your portfolio: forecasting, reporting & insights (primary finance contact, clinic-level projections, monthly reporting with variance analysis)
  • Identify drivers of utilization, revenue, and cost; surface trends, anomalies, and risks; turn into actionable insights
  • Practice-owner payments: produce and own recurring payment calculations and runs; reconcile payments to P&L and revenue data; standardize payment methodology
  • Gross margin & COGS optimization: analyze margin and COGS at clinic and service-line levels; quantify impact of changes; track improvements
  • Business partnering: partner with Practice Success Managers; act as trusted financial advisor to independent practice owners; explain financial concepts clearly
  • Action planning & performance improvement: build and drive actionable improvement plans from problem definition through execution
  • AI & process automation: use AI coding agents to build models/reports; work with GitHub workflows; automate manual work; use AI tools daily; document and improve P&L processes

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or similarly analytical role
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets financial-modeling skills; strong understanding of the three financial statements
  • Experience building with AI agents; basic working knowledge of GitHub, Python, and software development fundamentals
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
