About the role

Role focused on growing Meticulous revenue by owning and executing across sales, RevOps, marketing, and customer success. First GTM Operator hire working directly with Chief of Staff and CEO to build and scale a growth machine for developers.

Responsibilities

  • Own outbound pipeline and sequences, manage newsletter sponsorships, run Google and Reddit ads
  • Build a dev community through events and OSS sponsorships in NY, London, and SF
  • Perform in performance & brand marketing: run conferences, sponsor billboards in SF, grow LinkedIn following, own G2 reviews
  • Improve mid-bottom funnel: create landing pages, produce customer case studies, create viral product launch videos
  • RevOps: improve tracking and metrics foundations across sales and marketing to measure effectiveness

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of work experience in a fast paced environment (early stage startup, hypergrowth scaleup, MBB consulting, FAANG, Tier 1 bank or similar foundation)
  • Bonus if you’ve been an early employee (< #20) at a tech startup or have a STEM degree from a Tier 1 university

Meticulous is a tool to automatically catch UI bugs in your web application with zero-effort. Install our JavaScript snippet onto production or staging and dev environments, which records user sessions by collecting clickstream and network data. When you post a pull request, Meticulous selects a subset of sessions which are relevant and simulates these against the frontend of your application. Meticulous takes screenshots at key points and detects any visual differences. It posts those diffs in a comment for you to inspect in a few seconds. This eliminates the setup and maintenance burden of UI testing.
