About the role

Shuttle Driver responsible for safe transportation of SpaceX employees and cargo between Woodinville and Redmond, WA locations, with focus on safety, punctuality, and vehicle maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Transport people in a shuttle between locations
  • Safely load and unload cargo as needed
  • Ensure shuttle contents are secured for safe and undamaged delivery
  • Avoid high-traffic and accident-prone routes, where possible
  • Monitor service records of the vehicle when driving and report problems to manager
  • Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle and refuel/recharge when low
  • In case of emergency, contact immediate supervisor and provide detailed information to remedy issue

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate
  • 1+ years of professional experience driving people in a commercial setting OR 6+ months of contracting driving experience at SpaceX
  • 1+ years of customer service experience

Skills

Required:Vehicle safety and route planningCustomer service
Nice to have:CDL with passenger endorsement (Class B)Organizational and time management
