About the role

Senior technical recruiter based in Starbase, Texas, responsible for full-desk recruiting to source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates for mission-critical SpaceX roles, with a focus on collaboration, autonomy, and end-to-end recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with client groups to discuss headcount, new requisitions, hiring strategy, and interview feedback; act as a partner to clients
  • Screen candidates who apply to requisitions
  • Source candidates, including passive candidates
  • Discuss screened candidates with client groups and recommend top candidates for interviews
  • Give tours to candidates before onsite interviews
  • Attend interviews alongside client groups to evaluate candidates
  • Lead HR onboarding activities: background checks, reference checks, negotiating offers, extending offer letters, issuing new hire paperwork with support from HR, benefits, and compensation teams
  • Manage candidate pipelines and coordinate candidate experience for onsite interview days
  • Attract, organize, and manage flow of talent to advance SpaceX mission to Mars

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of professional recruiting experience; or associate degree and 6+ years; or 7+ years in lieu of a degree
