About the role

Technical Recruiter to support Starlink across engineering, supply chain and technical operations. Full-life cycle recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates, with high-volume workload and ability to work in a collaborative yet autonomous team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Review internal and external applications, conduct passive candidate searches, interview candidates, and act as a consultative recruiting partner to clients
  • Deeply understand each role's requirements and how it fits into the organization
  • Develop and execute strategies focused on creating and maintaining a strong pipeline of passive talent
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through clear and consistent communication
  • Find creative ways to capture the attention of candidates during initial outreach stages
  • Manage a high volume of clients and requisitions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience; or associate degree and 2+ years of experience; or 3+ years of professional experience as a recruiter in lieu of a degree
