About the role

Lead all aspects of the real estate transactional and operational process within the India / Asia Pac region, focusing on Asia Pacific / India with support to global Flex office transactions. Hybrid model based in Gurugram or Bengaluru.

Responsibilities

  • Execute on Asia Pacific / India flex real estate plans to deliver on key RE portfolio metrics
  • Support Global Transactions Lead on Flex office transactions in EMEA and Americas
  • Partner with internal functions (Procurement, Legal, IT, AV, Security, ESG) and external RE providers for transaction, and project management to ensure successful execution of real estate strategies
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with senior management in the Asia Pac / India region to provide excellent customer service in all delivery aspects
  • Manage data integrity across the region to enable proactive portfolio management and optimize property assets
  • Support regional portfolio analysis, planning & reporting including lease administration, environmental data and insurance
  • Apply AI-driven tools and automation to improve portfolio reporting, data analysis, and decision-making
  • Apply knowledge of best practices in real estate and conduct activities per corporate policy
  • Collaborate with external partners and cross-functional teams to ensure accountability and results
  • Interface with senior leaders to determine requirements, real estate strategies, and report progress
  • Work with Global Transactions Lead to ensure optimized transaction plans and drive project planning
  • Prepare business cases and documents for submissions

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Corporate Real Estate transaction/portfolio management experience with an MNC
  • Experience influencing and driving results through external partners and cross-functional teams across multiple projects
  • Experience in financial analysis and modelling
  • Experience applying AI tools to real estate portfolio management and reporting (AI-assisted lease abstraction, portfolio analytics, forecasting, or reporting/dashboard automation) strongly preferred
  • Fluency in English, strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical, process- and detail-oriented
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and drive change and operate across the region
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize a heavy workload with changing requirements
  • Ability to engage with and influence senior stakeholders and local business leaders
  • Solid organizational skills
