About the role

Senior Technical Program Manager leading day-to-day execution of Space program initiatives, coordinating budget, schedule, customer engagement, and growth objectives to deliver software-defined, distributed mesh networking and C2 capabilities for Space Domain Awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Ownership: Lead the project from start to finish with the customer and the engineering team. Develop the technical path for success, identify engineering needs, and validate the projected product outcome with the customer.
  • Embed/Engage: Work side-by-side with customers to understand mission challenges and represent the customer to shape products.
  • Build/Orchestrate: Collaborate with engineers to build or pivot solutions to meet client needs; coordinate across internal teams (engineering, product, logistics, finance, legal, contracting, technical operations, etc.).
  • Plan: Develop, coordinate and communicate the path to success with internal and external partners; build sprint plans, execution plans, milestones with clients and engineers.
  • Grow our business through customer success: Establish committed partnerships, achieve commercial targets, articulate Anduril’s value proposition from executive to end user.

Qualifications

  • Experience designing, developing, or leading complex software development programs for advanced C2 capabilities in any domain
  • Experience managing software products through direct end-user engagement over iterative development
  • B.S. in Electrical, Computer, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
  • 8+ years relevant industry experience
  • Experience with deployment and integration of sophisticated hardware and software systems
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Adaptive and introspective; willing to learn, teach, lead and follow
  • Comfortable with amorphous environments and limited resources
  • Prior systems engineering or software integration experience (plus)
  • Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
