About the role

Lead Warfighting Systems Analyst responsible for Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (M&SA), including wargaming and experimentation, to train customers, support product iteration, and align customer needs with system design. First hire in an Agile wargaming/simulation center being built in the UAE, with initial hiring in London.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage high-end models and simulations, including Lattice Mission Simulation (MissionSim), to conduct simulation, experimentation, and training
  • Develop scenarios based on customer needs to demonstrate capabilities
  • Support engineering and product teams by evaluating how platform, payload, autonomy, sensor, effector, communications, navigation, or C2 choices affect mission outcomes
  • Design, execute, and analyze tactical (engagement-level and mission-level) analysis and wargames to assess autonomous system capabilities and refine tactics
  • Develop physics-based models and relevant operational scenarios, with emphasis on red and blue force systems and tactics
  • Assess system-of-systems interactions, integration risks, dependencies, constraints, and mission impacts
  • Lead the warfighting capability analysts to ensure analysis is grounded in real operational problems and customer needs
  • Collaborate with engineering and business development to demonstrate Anduril's capabilities through rigorous, data-driven analysis

Qualifications

  • Currently possess and be able to maintain an active country specific Secret security clearance
  • 7+ years of experience in Operations Research, Systems Analysis (ORSA), systems engineering, mission engineering, test and evaluation, or related technical-operational discipline
  • Experience with tactical experiments and wargaming design, including scenario development, data analytics, and trade-space analysis
  • Demonstrated experience in modeling and simulation for military missions, with preference for friendly/adversary tactics
  • Proficiency with C++ or Python for physics-based modeling and scripting
  • Ability to connect system performance, architecture, and design choices to mission outcomes
  • Ability to assess and solve problems, and communicate results effectively
