About the role

Contract-based specialized Contract Legal Recruiter embedded with Anduril’s recruiting team to attract and hire legal, regulatory, compliance, and federal proposal talent for growth of Anduril’s legal organization.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth interviews and competency assessments of potential legal counsel, contracts managers, trade compliance leaders, legal operations, and federal proposal/capture analyst candidates; aim for high interview-to-offer ratios.

Qualifications
