About the role

Internship role at RetailReady, an AI-powered supply chain compliance engine. Join a small, high-velocity team to build features across the stack and ship to production, reporting to founders and the founding engineer.

Responsibilities

  • Build and ship features across the stack using React Native, Flask, Next.js, and TypeScript
  • Work with real customer data to improve warehouse operations and compliance flows
  • Collaborate with engineers and founders to define and execute product requirements
  • Gain exposure to scaling infrastructure and live deployments at warehouses
  • Contribute to internal documentation and engineering best practices

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in computer science and modern web development (school projects, internships, or personal projects all count)
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn… you don’t need to know everything on day one
  • Comfort working across the stack (frontend + backend)
  • Startup mindset: resourceful, proactive, and willing to take ownership
  • Excitement to learn about supply chain technology and solve real-world problems
