Partner
About the role
Saturn is seeking a Partner to build and own a book of advisory firm clients, acting as the end-to-end transformation partner and trusted advisor. The role combines sales, relationship management, and cross-functional orchestration to drive adoption of Saturn’s AI-native operating system for financial advice.
Responsibilities
- The full cycle for new logo IFAs. Outbound prospecting, inbound qualification, discovery, demos, POCs, business cases, negotiation and close. Consultative selling, not transactional product pitching.
- Help transform your clients. Understand each firm’s goals and chart a modern advisory business journey, challenging outdated practices where needed.
- Lead the client relationship. Own it end to end with senior stakeholders, set goals, surface risks, handle difficult moments with judgement.
- Grow the relationship. Increase users and usage, drive platform expansion aligned to the firm’s rhythm, lead renewals early and deliberately.
- Deliver an exceptional Partner Experience. Maintain high standards of communication and follow-through, earning trust even when things go wrong.
- Build relationships through community, education and events. Collaborate with Community and Marketing to host events and position Saturn as an industry learning hub.
- Orchestrate Saturn around the client. Coordinate Implementation, Support, Product, Engineering, Design and Finance to avoid internal ambiguity affecting clients.
- Maintain commercial discipline. Manage pipeline, forecasts, and clear next steps on opportunities.
- Build your personal brand and industry credibility. Develop a point of view on the evolution of advice and engage with the industry through UK travel and events.
Qualifications
- Commercial ownership. Experience owning relationships and outcomes end-to-end with measurable results.
- Hunter’s instinct. Proactively creating opportunities and engaging with unfamiliar prospects.
- Relationships that outlast the deal. Ability to quickly build trust that lasts beyond transactional wins.
- Judgement to challenge. Ability to deliver tough messages constructively without overpromising for short-term gains.
- You know what it takes to win. Deals earned through preparation, persistence, and genuine care.
- Proven learning speed. Quickly adopts new domains and scales responsibilities.
- Long-term thinking. Willingness to stay in demanding environments long enough to see outcomes.
- Operating discipline. Maintains a healthy pipeline and forecast with clear ownership across functions.

About Saturn
Compliance and back office workflows for Wealth Managers.
At Saturn, our mission is to make financial peace of mind more accessible by building the best operating system for wealth managers. Wealth and Asset Management is one of the world’s highest revenue-generating industries, yet it remains painfully inefficient. The sector relies heavily on disjointed legacy systems, manual human tasks, and a complex web of intermediaries, all of which increase costs. Saturn is an AI-powered operating system for wealth management built to automate investment research, streamline operations, and ensure compliance. Saturn creates the best version of truth, empowering investment advisors to work more efficiently, navigate complex regulatory landscapes, and deliver personalised, high-value services to their clients. Today, Saturn supports over 200 firms globally that manage more than £35bn in assets under management (AUM) and over 200,000 clients. As the industry grows, it faces massive operational challenges like bad tech, advisor retirements, regulatory pressure, an increased cost base, and transformational opportunities like great intergenerational wealth transfer and changing consumer needs. Saturn aims to be at the forefront of this transformation, driving the future of wealth management.
