About the role
Lovable is seeking a hands-on operator to build out Regional System Integrators (SIs), turn partnerships into customer outcomes, and create repeatable plays and operating workflows around partner collaboration, delivery, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Deeply run priority Regional SI motions.
- Connect each motion to named customers, real product priorities, and measurable commercial value.
- Drive the next customer, partner, product, commercial, and operating actions.
- Resolve dependencies across Sales, Product, Engineering, Solutions, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Operations.
- Turn first proofs into repeatable plays and stop work that has not earned company capacity.
- Build a repeatable working process and recommend the next specialist capabilities or hires.
