About the role

Starlink Enterprise Account Manager responsible for end-to-end management of a portfolio of enterprise customers, from contract signature through onboarding, ongoing account management, and long-term retention/growth of revenue and relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise customers, owning the interface from contract signature onwards including onboarding, ongoing account management, and long-term retention/growth of the relationship and revenue
  • Support, closely manage, and learn from direct customers requiring unique Starlink products to meet industry needs (primary/secondary connectivity, trucking, oil and gas, etc.)
  • Define, standardize, and streamline processes to scale custom solutions
  • Deliver impeccable customer service with efficient issue acknowledgment/resolution
  • Build relationships to identify requirements and manage expectations
  • Champion customer feedback internally to influence programmatic/technical development for enterprise growth
  • Retain and grow hardware and service revenue across accounts
  • Act as an extreme owner of assigned accounts to realize forecasted revenue, communicating readiness, requirements, schedules, and risks
  • Identify and lead implementation of process/system enhancements to improve handoffs and execution across cross-functional teams
  • Balance resources and headcount while scaling the business

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree; OR high school diploma/equivalency with 10+ years of professional experience in business development, operations, engineering, or account management
  • 3+ years of consulting or project management experience
  • 3+ years in a customer-facing role
