About the role

Role focused on building analytics infrastructure and tooling for the matching pipeline, extracting insights from real patient data, and designing metrics to improve the product.

Responsibilities

  • Build and design analytics tooling and pipelines
  • Build dashboards that surface metrics and insights to partners, the business team, and internal stakeholders
  • Build the pipelines that connect metrics from services to dashboards
  • Build offline analysis tooling to understand aggregate and large-scale impacts of services
  • Help design and implement new metrics that assess performance and how to improve services
  • Establish metrics of quality to hill climb on to improve algorithms

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of data analytics and engineering experience
  • Experience building dashboards and UIs that monitor live data using Grafana
  • Data engineering experience piping metric data from live services
  • Strong experience in an object-oriented language (e.g. Python, Java, JavaScript)
  • Strong backend engineering skills and systems thinking
