About the role

Leader responsible for global brand marketing across Meta’s Wearables portfolio, including AI Glasses and New Wearable Categories. Focuses on strategy, team leadership, cross-functional partnership, AI-enabled workflows, and budget management during a period of rapid growth and product expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Vision: Define and own the global marketing strategy across the full funnel, aligning with brand, product, and commercial goals.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and grow a large brand marketing team and foster a high-performance culture during growth and change.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Product Marketing, Communications, Experiential, Creative Marketing, Retail, Growth, Product, Insights, Sales, and Decision Science.
  • AI Leadership: Embed AI into team workflows and drive an AI-first operating model.
  • Budget Leadership: Manage, allocate, and optimize a large marketing budget.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in consumer marketing and/or brand management at global scale
  • 12+ years of experience with team leadership or cross-functional leadership
  • Demonstrated track record managing multi-product or multi-brand portfolios with distinct identities
  • Proven experience developing global strategy and impactful marketing campaigns balancing data-informed decisions and creativity
  • Experience building mass-market consumer-centric brands undergoing brand evolution or repositioning during significant product/market change
  • Proven track record managing significant marketing budgets (hundreds of millions)
  • Experience solving complex, long-term business problems and presenting to executives
