About the role

Talent Partner to lead the recruiting motion for our Sales and Deployment Strategy teams, building the full go-to-market team including enterprise account executives and deployment strategists at Simile.

Responsibilities

  • Candidate Experience: Own the end-to-end candidate lifecycle, running a high-touch, rigorous, and transparent process that reflects Simile's commitment to excellence.
  • Hiring Partnership: Partner closely with hiring managers and interviewers to understand what makes a great hire for roles like Deployment Strategists and enterprise Account Executives, from technical fluency to the ability to own complex Fortune 500 relationships.
  • Brand Advocacy: Be the face of Simile in the enterprise GTM community, telling the story of our mission to architect reality and our position as a world-class AI lab.
  • Process Innovation: Sharpen and scale our recruiting process while holding a high, inclusive talent bar, so we consistently land top commercial operators and entrepreneurial GTM leaders.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of hiring trends in the AI go-to-market landscape and use that fluency to evaluate commercial talent with real signal.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Go far beyond inbound. Build and run proactive sourcing strategies to find, engage, and hire top commercial talent across enterprise sales and deployment strategy.

Qualifications

  • Experience: full life cycle recruiting supporting GTM and commercial teams, ideally within high-growth AI startups or labs.
