About the role

Deployment Strategist - Healthcare at Simile embeds within enterprise account teams, owning 1-2 customer relationships, running deployment work, and engaging in technical conversations to operationalize Simile’s platform for Fortune 500 customers.

Responsibilities

  • Own your Customers: Be the person your customers rely on - responsive, on top of the details, and trusted to get things done
  • Drive Deployments: Own enterprise customer engagements from first call to full deployment and beyond
  • Know the Product: Go deep on Simile's platform - simulations, population modeling, evals, and validations - and bring that knowledge into every customer conversation
  • Work Cross-functionally: Bridge the gap between what customers need and what product and modeling teams build, and make sure the right insights from the field shape internal decisions
  • Shape the Business: Take on high-impact projects that span the full business - from how we land new customers to how we think about simulation quality and what we build next

Qualifications

  • Experience from one of three areas: Operators deploying enterprise AI or data products; Strategy consultants or investors moving into tech to own outcomes; PMs or engineers who moved to business/customer side (healthcare/pharma background is a plus)
  • Must Haves: Mindset for 0-1 ambiguous environments; reliability; exceptional customer focus; quick product fluency on AI concepts (evals, validation, model behavior); willingness to travel
  • Nice to Haves: Comfort building lightweight tools or automations; familiarity with enterprise software deployments or B2B SaaS
