About the role

Mission Operations Deployment Lead responsible for delivering and sustaining Anduril’s Air Defense deployments to meet customer mission requirements, managing domestic deployments, and collaborating across programs to ensure mission readiness and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Deployment planning and execution: lead hundreds of deployment events per year (site installations, test and evaluation, demonstrations, training, maintenance visits) from site survey to testing, pack-out, installation, training, and sustainment; manage cross-functional teams across hardware supply, logistics, engineering, and more; mitigate risk and drive continuous improvement.
  • Relationship management: build trust with customers, industry partners, users, and Anduril teammates through effective communication and follow-through; develop rapport and communicate expectations clearly.
  • Mission expertise: develop deep knowledge of customer mission requirements, threats, regulatory challenges, resources, rules of engagement; become the voice of the customer to engineers to enhance capability.
  • Product expertise: understand capabilities and limitations of Anduril’s Family of Systems; continuously learn about sensor modalities, sensor fusion, power and networking to forecast performance against threats and constraints.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree or 3-5+ years experience in a technical field, preferably defense/national security/aerospace
  • Highly organized problem-solver with proven project management skills
  • Experience creating and maintaining documentation for new/developing processes
  • Proven experience leading tech-enabled teams and building influence through relationships
  • Deep interest in national security and defense technologies with a commitment to lifelong learning
  • Experience translating technical concepts into operational requirements and performance specifications
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
  • Willing to travel up to 50% of the time
