About the role

Senior individual-contributor role managing site-facing supply chain delivery for owner-furnished equipment (OFE) across a regional portfolio of data center projects, focused on end-to-end equipment production and on-site readiness to meet ready-for-service dates.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end OFE delivery plan for each site in your portfolio: order placement, engineering submittal/approval milestones, production slots, FAT dates, ship dates, and ROS dates, integrated with the GC's construction schedule.
  • Engage during preconstruction with Construction, Engineering, and the GC to set OFE delivery expectations, sequence equipment arrivals to the build, and identify schedule risk before POs are cut.
  • Lead OFE kickoff meetings at the site level with the GC and internal construction teams, establishing points of contact, delivery windows, receiving requirements, and escalation paths.
  • Maintain the single source of truth for OFE status across the portfolio — a live tracker of every line item, its milestone dates, and its risk rating.

Qualifications

  • 8–12+ years in supply chain delivery, equipment expediting, construction management, or infrastructure program management on large-scale, schedule-driven construction programs.
  • Hands-on experience delivering power and/or cooling equipment for mission-critical facilities — transformers, switchgear, generators, UPS, busway, chillers, CDUs, air handlers — and familiarity with how those OEMs actually build and ship.
  • Strong communication, ability to influence construction schedules, and data fluency (trackers/dashboards).
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
