About the role

Anduril Industries is seeking a Business Operations professional to support cross-functional leaders and solve the organization’s most challenging problems. The role operates across multiple functions and business lines, embedding with stakeholders to capture data, problem-solve, and enable others to improve processes. The position involves end-to-end project ownership, working at the intersection of people, hardware, and software systems, and coordinating with senior leaders, including C-suite, across global time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Own operational projects end-to-end, from definition, to solutioning, to implementation, to clean transition of ownership.
  • Solve problems at the intersection of people, hardware, and software systems (inventory management, staffing & recruiting operations, asset-tracking in the field, manufacturing data on quality issues).
  • Forward-deploy to new locations to stand up facilities and build relationships with customers, partners, contractors, government stakeholders, and prospective hires.
  • Partner with Strategic Real Estate, Global Defense, and Corporate Development on site selection, lease execution, facility buildout, tenders and proposals, localization planning, M&A diligence, and post-acquisition operational integration.
  • Work on strategic problems with structure to ambiguity, detailing impacts of decisions across unfamiliar contexts.
  • Work deeply with data and systems (ERP, MRP, HRIS) to perform scrappy analyses and equip teams with insights to improve processes.
  • Project manage across large, distributed groups including C-suite executives.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a management consulting, investment banking, internal strategy & operations, or business analyst role.
  • Strong agency and judgment to operate independently; ability to escalate appropriately.
  • Ability to build trust across functions, cultures, and seniority levels.
  • Comfort with shifting between big-picture strategy and detailed execution; negotiation and sourcing skills.
  • Strong communication across engineers, finance, external partners, and executives, including across 12+ time zones.
  • Self-aware and coachable; seeks feedback and self-corrects.
  • High ownership with ability to manage multiple (2-3+) projects concurrently.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
